Mgdalena Duhagon is an outstanding classical guitarist born in Uruguay. She has been the recipient of awards on countless occasions because of her excellence in performance and her strong presence in such a highly competitive market as is that of the classical guitar. Last October she recorded at the Maricam Studios in New Mexico, United States. She recorded works by Paraguayan composer Agustin Barrios, Brazilian composer Heitor Villa-Lobos, and Argentinian Quique Sinesi and Astor Piazzolla among others.
